Alexandru was very punctual. He checked the car and explained very well the status of the car, the good things and the issues.

Pre-purchase check. Good communication responsiveness through the app before the appointment. However, less quick responses afterwards - took 36 hours to call back for a quick chat about the car - which is tricky when I am deciding whether to purchase it. The report itself was very helpful.

Alex was 1.5h late, promised a pre purchase upgrade and completed a +£130 job in under 10min, which was advertised to take between 1-2h. Unreliable, dishonest and a scammer. Avoid at all cost.
