Andy turned up on time, replaced the front discs and pads (Eicher brand) in less than an hour and a half and they work fine.

Adrian discussed and explained the problem with the engine, confirming what we'd suspected. This reassured us that we were making the right decision with regard to the economic viability of repairing it.

Adrian communicated even before he got there as I put wrong postcode but he was very quick and apparently very polite and you wouldn't know he had been there if the new parts weren't fitted
