Dan was very helpful in resolving the DPF problem, kept me informed throughout so I could understand the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Pointed out possible thermostat issue that could have caused the original issue.

Dan managed to do the work earlier than what he was booked to do it. He was able to sort out my airbag warning issue although he advised to get it properly checked.
