Adrei was friendly, he explained what the process would be, afterwards he showed me the pads he removed and the cause of the noise,punctual and would definitely use again.

Andrei turned up on time and worked on the drive during the showers. He showed me the worn parts and waited whilst I went for a test drive. Entirely satisfied and have used Click Mechanic twice now.

Andrei was fantastic - I'm really impressed. He was on time, polite and set my expectations well. He was no fuss and you wouldn't even know he was here. I left Andrei on the driveway with room for his vehicle close by. It took around 3hrs for a Cam belt and water cooler change. The quote was also the best I'd had. I'm really impressed and will use again.

Andrei was fantastic! He kept me in the loop re arrival time on both days and was punctual, polite and professional.

My clutch went when I was away from home on a course over the weekend and that, together with the slave cylinder, needed replacing. My car was parked on a residential road and Andrei got to work and continued until late for the clutch replacement and returned the next morning to replace the cylinder.

Without Andrei coming to the rescue, it would have delayed my homeward journey and been a lot more problematic. I really can't thank him enough - absolute star!
