Ciprian was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. Came to pick my car up for me and dropped it back off after doing the work required in record time! He updated me all the way through, and explained everything in plain English! He was 100% honest about the issues my car had and didn’t try to scam me by telling me it all needed fixing today! Suggested there was still ware in my glow plugs and didn’t need to change. Checked my engine light for free and diagnosed for me.
