Peugeot 208 Full Service

I have had to leave this review as it is true reflection on what’s has happened. I have been told there is a leak from the oil filter and sump plug. This now needs rectifying.
Also the service book needs to be stamped.
As you only reply to reviews, I have had to leave a negative review until this issue is resolved.
I am really disappointed.

Firstly, you have tried to accuse me of not changing the oil and filters, and when I said I would come back to prove it had been changed you didn’t accept my proposal.
You are now trying to tell me there is a leak, saying you have a video which you don’t want to send me and show me.
Whatever your intentions are and whatever you are trying to achieve by doing this you need to stop, as I have offered myself to come back free of charge to prove the job had been done correctly, and you have not corresponded with my proposal and refused to send me a video of your alleged oil leak.

Justin provided us with a really excellent service. We were delighted with report that he had over to us the same morning he inspected the car. The report was detailed and included around 45 photos he had taken during the inspection. This was backed up with a phone conversation where he answered our questions in a knowledgeable and informed manner. He even made sure there was screen wash etc in the we had a long journey home if we buy the car. Could not have asked for more and at a much lower cost than the AA or RAC. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle inspection

The mechanic Justin. Absolutely fantastic. There’s not much more I can say. I will definitely be using him when I need parts on my car fixing or replacing.
He let me know the night prior a rough estimate that he would be arriving at my house the next day. I also got a phone call in the morning to inform me that he was on his way, he ran a bit late due to a traffic accident but text me straight away to let me know. The communication from Justin was the best that I’ve received. I booked my car in for a full service, he took photos and showed me everything at the end and reset my service light
Even showed me the wear on my front brake pads compared to my back. He’s such a friendly and knowledgeable man. 100% recommend, thanks Justin!
