Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable and seems to have done a good job. However I booked my appointment for 12pm, at 11pm he called to ask if he could move to 3-5pm, I agreed. At 5pm i still had not heard from him, I phoned and he said he was running late and should be about an hour. I waited until 7pm, still hadn't arrived so called again and again said he would be about an hour. Eventually mechanic turned up at 9pm, having waited in all day, he was 9 hours late to the original appointment, finished shortly before 11pm
