I’m so disappointed with the service provided, first of all the mechanic was late to the booking time slot. I only booked the mechanic so I can have the peace of mind before buying a vehicle. I paid £122 for a mechanic that wasn’t knowledgeable and completed the checks within 15 minutes time which should take 2hours. After buying the vehicle due to unforeseen issues I had to take the car to the garage to find out the intercooler was all damaged and needed replacing if I knew this before hand I wouldn’t have purchased the car but the mechanic didn’t tell us that the intercooler was faulty and damaged didn’t tell me there was an issue with the engine and air flow in the car.
