Was disapointed that the 08:00 - 10:00 appointment that was booked did not start till 11:45. Which meant that instead of the half day I booked off work I had to then take the rest of the day off costing me around £200 in fees for agency cover for myself

Chris was really pleasant and helpful. He fixed what he could fix and then ordered the parts that were needed - he explained everything really clearly and I would definitely recommend him to others

Although an earlier job made Chris late he did call me and txt me yo name sure I was OK with the time change. Excellent service, although I don't want any more problems, click mechanic will be the first place I go in future for car repairs.

after seeing the on line bill I feel that o have been ripped off as the mechanic charged an additional £180.00 cash and led us to believe he was doing us a favour. But he only carried out the work listed on your bill please can someone contact me ASAP to clarify this.

Friendly mechanic, done a great job with what was set out, will use click mechanic again, though only gripe was being charged extra compared to quote which said it covered up to two hours.

Quote for work asked for was very good. However extra works charge for materials was too high - double - when I checked on same website mechanic used. I advise you negotiate price thru clickmechnic and not direct with mechanic used. :(
