Amazing top job great work hard job but got it done on time always ring to update you and trying his best to get it done

Joshua was BRILLIANT. I cannot recommend him enough. His experience showed and showed me absolutely everything he worked on just to give me piece of mind. He changed my cv joint, front spring and a faulty wishbone part on my 2002 Ford focus. He is incredibly polite and it is so reassuring with his knowledge. It seemed nothing was too much trouble. You might think I am related to him in some way but can assure you I’m not. I believe in when a job has been done well it needs to be said. This was the second time I used him and will be recommending him to anyone I know with car issues. He certainly went that extra mile.

Unfortunately that wasn't nice experience at all. That was my 3rd occasion booking service by this Web but 3rd experience was kind of shocking. At first I was told by mechanic that I booked 1l oil change which I was shocked to hear of. Click mechanic com provide you service without such details as was under option oil change and filters. Because we provide car registration they always suit our needs to the car model. Anyway.. Oil change its oil change service.. So I was speachles. I tryed to find out did I really booked such option but there was no such thing. I'm not so sure did he say it because he saw a girl approaching him or what was his real intentions. In the end I was charged 46£more as a reason - oil costs. Folks, I'm aware of prices of oil on market and I also checked brand he used for my car. That was so disappointing I was treated like that. Luckily customer resolution service was brilliant and I got my money back(difference overpaid) I believe in people but thinking that's a girl so lets try to trick her its not right😔My previous 2 mechanic jobs done by someone else were brilliant in each meaning. Was on time despite the poor weather conditions, diagnosed the problem and offered two solutions. The pros and cons of each was clearly explained. Joshua also re-charged my battery as the cold had lowered charge! A good service all round.
