Sarim Autos were great, I dropped my car off at the agreed time and they were expecting me which is always nice! There was an issue with the availability of parts but I was quickly contacted and offered a solution which still enabled them to complete the work on the same day. The communication was great and I was slept updated throughout the day, normally I have had to chase other garages for info so again this was really added to the great experience. When I went down to collect I was shown the car and the old parts and they checked I was happy, to which I was and we completed the transaction. After a bit of chat about my car I drove off extremely happy, will definitely be returning to Sarim Autos whenever I need anything done on my car.

Great communication, even though they were running a bit late they let me know they were on the way. The mechanic was friendly and professional. Car now runs really well and was overall a quick an easy experience.

The lad who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic. Very accommodating, extremely polite, speechlessly helpful with great customer service attitude! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Job was done as agreed and completed sharp on-time. All in all great experience in this age and time.
