Bogdan came on time and accommodated me 1 day before the scheduled day. He explained everything to me regarding the clutch problem he found and did the job in good time. He was thoroughly professional and left me a very happy customer.

He advised me after the test drive as to what could happen with clutch in coming days and if something happens how to deal with it.

Excellent! Called to say he was on his way and arrived when expected. Obviously knows what he is doing and very quickly and efficiently replaced the clutch on my VW Beetle. Courteous, polite and friendly. Will be definitely be using Bogden-Florin again.

Bogdan was absolutely fantastic. Called 20 minutes prior to his arrival and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive. He advised me that certain work didn’t actually need completing due to a misdiagnosis of an independent mechanic. Changed the front brake pads and cleaned the rear brake drums and shoes. Advised me on other work that may need doing soon.
He allowed me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle to make sure I was happy before he signed the job off.
