I’m quite useless with cars but Kazem was really helpful and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. Arrived on time, contacted me before he arrived to let me know when he’ll be here. Figured out what the issue was and offered to do the works needed at a fair price on the same day after his other jobs he had booked in in the area. (Although was unable to as could not get the correct part today) but will definitely be in touch with him to get it sorted asap. Thanks Kazem :)

Minor issues with the timing of the visit aside, very happy with Kaz. Friendly, competent and very straightforward in his assessment of my (knackered) car. Helpful advice on possible solutions and the likely cost of them. Told me exactly what I needed to know.
