I hadn't expected my car to be taken away for repair, and so I was a bit worried to get a phone call later in the day to say it would take a second day to finish. However, all was well - the car came back at 8pm the second day, working beautifully.

Jon was friendly and competent, confirmed the problem nice and quick and provided quote for doing the repair there and then. Also pointed out other things to keep an eye on for the car in the near future.

He also took time to explain other issue that may arise in the near future, with absolutely no obligation to repair the vehicle with him. Jon was good as gold, but unfortunately couldn’t help with the problem. He did try but his tablet would not talk to the problem ECU. Because of that he only charged a call out charge for which i am grateful.
