I was happy with the work done and he obviously is an expert in his field. His rating would have been higher except, he was late picking the car up I had to call him. Also, the car was delivered back much later than agreed. I was not supplied with a Service report and on calling to ask for it I was told to contact Click Mechanic for it, which I did and one of your admin team emailed it to me. This might be normal with Click Mechanic, but I have always had a service report given to me by the mechanic who completed the work.

Jakub from JK Autos was brilliant sorted the DPF problem with my car in a couple of hours. He was a bit doubtful it could be sorted as I had already tried a forced regen which didn’t work. However two hours later he called to say it was fixed, much to my relief. Definitely recommend JK Autos.
