Mihai and his colleague were excellent. My call for help at around 10:40 was responded to very promptly. I was informed that the mechanic would arrive between 15:00 and 17:00 hours; the mechanic(s) actually arrived at about 14:30, about half-an-hour earlier than expected, and proceeded with the fan belt replacement immediately. They were very friendly and efficient; I therefore give them full marks. Many thanks.

Mihai was great - efficient, knowledgeable and happy to through what he had found and advise accordingly. He was slightly late, but that was down to traffic at the time of day but communicated well before his arrival.

Happy that they came to sort my brake pads on a sunday afternoon. so very quick and convenient
