“I was booked in for an 8-10 slot which was perfect. Got a text the day before to say pick up would be between 7 and 8. Machine arrived without the original time slot! Extra work was needed but they called, explained and said they could do it if I wanted and gave a price. Work done, Paid for and car returned by 3pm. Would have been helpful to know location car was going to (without needing to google) as I thought I’d agreed to a 5 mile radios so didn’t allow as much fuel as I should.”

“Visibly work appears to have been carried out (springs & track rod ends). Would have been nice to receive a receipt and warranty paperwork but that didn't appear to be possible. I was initially a little concerned when I received a call from the garage 20 minutes before my car was due to be collected to ask for my registration number so that the parts could be ordered. Clearly it was a stroke of luck that the parts were in stock! I needed the car to be returned by 5pm but didn't receive it until 7pm which caused me a major problem. I actually had no idea where my car was being taken on collection and had I known that it was only 10 minutes away then I could have collected it myself. It would be beneficial to be told the full address and contact number for the garage at the time of booking and for there to be a printed receipt and warranty sent back with the car for service history.”
