Thank you so much for sending me your mechanic Mohammed, he identified this vehcles problem (fuel not getting through so unable to start). Mohammed tells me it is going to be a case of elimination to source the problem, Mohammed has left me with some homework to be getting on with which I am working on at this moment in time. Before I dive deep into my first experience with ClickMechanic, let me start by saying ‘100% Book Mohammed @ A1 Mobile Mechanic/ London’.

Had an alternator issue, not charging the battery, unable to drive the car, called dealer service dept, advised earliest appointment end of September (you serious, @ a rate of £320 per hour labour) loool. Found ClickMechanic and Mohammed accepted my job request. Arrived on time 8am, and got straight to work no issues. Out with the old, in with the new within 2hrs. Car back and running at a 75% reduced rate I would have paid at the dealer. Alternator was brand new OEM identical. What I was quoted at the beginning was the final price, no additional costs added. Very happy with the work and communication from Mohammed, kept me informed from accepting the job request on Sunday to his arrival on Tuesday.
