“David was excellent. Very Communicative, advising the scheduling system had booked him in a way he could not meet (I consider this a fault of the booking system, not the mechanic)

Onthe day he did the job quickly and professionally. There was a minor noise issue with the left-side wheel that I needed to flag post-visit, that didn't affect the vehicle's performance at all, but he came back as soon as his schedule allowed and had it sorted within minutes.

In my line of work I can appreciate that not everything goes right first time, especially for people on busy schedules, but the key to a good service is responding to that the right way and that's exactly what David has just done. This was my first time using this service but I now have the confidence to use this service again.”
