Mechanic knew exactly what the problem was straight away and gave tips to help remedy the problem in the future

He was very friendly however i would like a refund as he was 40 mins late and i paid £70 for a 20 minutes service just for him to write the quote wrong so that i have paid another £120 for what he told me needs fixing and now i am being told by this mechanic that what the other guy told me is wrong!!
