Jonathan was polite and apologetic for the system error providing an incorrect cost for the starter motor replacement. Having listened to my description of the fault he suggested that a diagnostic may be more helpful which did reveal an error code that could be the cause of the problem. This is an intermitant fault and only time will determine if it has been resolved. I am pleased with the service provided and Jonathan's proactive approach.

Jonathan was terrific..really helped with an issue i had to sort out with a previous garage in relation to the work that was needed to do today..it is now being addressed

Jonathan picked up my van as arranged and returned it to my driveway later that day. He sent me a video with audio of the underside of my vehicle, talking me through the general condition, whilst the engine oil was draining.

My car is now as bad if not worse than before and it has cost me £180 for the privilege , before I could not open my back door now I can't lock it in fact when I lock the car if the back door is pulled open ( it will not lock ) the other 3 doors open.

So far the mechanic has only done a diagnostic but seems to know what he is doing , I am very satisfied with him so far.
