Dan and Jayna were fantastic! Excellent communication and it was cheaper than I thought. Jayna called me and explained that there may be an issue going into the MOT (after major service) and said she’d put it through and see if they said anything else. She called me back an hour later with great news that the car had passed its MOT with advisories. Really excellent job Dan and Jayna, will be booking with you from now on 👍🏻

I'm happy with the work that was carried out but the lack of communication really let the service down. I only found out my car passed its MOT because I called to ask and I did not even see the mechanic when he dropped the car back so I had no opportunity to ask any questions or generally get feedback as he had had my car in his possession all day completing a major service. I just received a quote after drop off for work that I may wish to be completed due to advisories on the MOT which I had to read on the MOT certificate.

Hi Theresa, our receptionist did call you and explained it had passed the MOT but with advisories? Then the app was updated with the advisories and costs associated with the repairs. You told me the car needed to be back by 4pm which it was and if you wanted to speak to me at anytime you only had to call me or message me via the app as you had done previously so I don't understand the poor communication part of the review?
