Shamshad was punctual efficient and kept me informed of progress on the car.

The chap turned up bang on time to collect my car. I have to say I didn't realise that it would be driven over an hour away but I’ve not detracted because of that in any way.
All my brakes were done but the brake pads are evidently moving within the calipers which is annoying.
The main reason I wouldn’t recommend is the fact that my dash cam was disconnected when my car was transferred. Why would that be done? I have it for a reason and it could cause issues with my insurance if it had been involved in a crash etc. I can’t help but wonder if it was looked after while being driven!

Amazing service after horrific customer service at Halfords Autocentre who couldn’t do a simple job due to nobody having the tools! I’ve used this website lots of times and have never been let down! Booked my repair at 530pm and 7am the following morning my car is picked up and back by lunch! Super impressed and shall most definitely use again! Top rated!

Polite service communication ok. Unfortunately I am not happy, I believed Click Mechanic although nationwide, offered local garages. My car was collected on time 08.30 am, I was told it would be 4 hours. At 3pm I had a call informing me the car was all good and would be back in 20 minutes. I called at 4pm told there was an accident and driver stuck in traffic. My car came back at 5pm. My car had an extra 100 miles on it, it was 3/4’s full of fuel, however on return it was just under 1/2 tank.

The mechanic was punctual, polite and so far the work done was good. Time will tell if it lasts. Communication was a little slow as English wasn't his first language. No real problem though.
The 'Click Mechanic' website worked well. I could use it again in the future.

He was friendly and knowledgeable and I was happy with work carried out. The work was carried out in good time.

My mechanic was fantastic! super quick and very informative and kind. Was able to come at very short notice too. Would definitely recommend!

Very happy with my car. Drives like a dream even though she is old. Pleased to have her back.
