Simon was hired to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was considering buying. After a thorough check, he picked up on a couple of potentially dangerous issues, including a possible engine fault (he said something didn't seem right but couldn't pinpoint the problem, something only an experienced mechanic would pick up on) during the test drive. All info was sent via e-mail and discussed on the phone.
