J was a very nice, polite guy. He turned up, a little late but he communicated with me to make me aware he was running late. He performed a very basic diagnosis, informed me what the basic fault was with my car, and left. He was not equipped to actually perform any maintenance on my vehicle, so I essentially paid £90 for a guy to tell me my battery was flat and that I probably needed a new alternator. He jump started my car, advised me to get a new battery and have the alternator looked at, then left. 10 minutes max. When I drove to get a new battery, my car packed in after 10 minutes and ended up being towed to a nearby garage. Not J’s fault obviously, but his limited ability to actually assist me was disappointing. I would not consider the service value for money. Read more

He called me when I had a couple of questions before the inspection. After the inspection he called me again and discussed in detail the van I was interested in. He made me feel assured it was okay to purchase. On the strength of his recommendation I will buying my first campervan!
