The mechanic was good. Clear, quick to complete job to good standard. However, the charge was in excess of £190 after a quote of around £150. The mechanic did message me re the requirement of oil which was going to be more costly than what was quoted. It would obviously have been a better experience overall if the price quoted was adhered to. Had I have known the cost would be what it was I may have considered another outlet for the service. With this in mind I wouldn't recommend clickmechanic to others

Ben went to check a car at a 2nd hand dealer so I didn’t meet him myself but he text and replied promptly and sent a report that day. Then they called me to talk me through it, so I understood it all.

Both mechanics were brill, even showed up earlier then expected and quickly identified the issue.

Really impressed with the whole experience, from them collecting my car two days early to doing a great job at a great price.
