Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the car done the job and brought it back next day, he also told me of two more things that were wrong with it and I definitely would recommend

When they came to collect my car, they told me it would be returned by “3 or 4pm”. In fact it wasn’t back until 6pm. It passed the MOT fine so there can’t have been any good reason for the delay. And the mechanic wasn’t responsive to telephone calls asking for an update (eg they told me they’d ring back in “two minutes” but actually weren’t in touch for an hour and 20 minutes).

Very happy with the work carried out. I was also impressed that they worked bank holiday Monday to ensure I got my car back ready for work Tuesday morning.
I would definitely recommend.

The seems to be fine and now have the van back which is most important, could've been a bit quicker with responding but polite enough.

I didn't want to cancel the booking, I needed my car fixed. It was supposed to go as far as a local garage but they wanted to drive it to Newhaven. That is miles away and the car would never make it. I said that on the booking. I was then charged for nothing

Geapana Garage were great! They came to collect my car, and it was delivered back to my house as good as new a few days later. They were open from the beginning about how long the work would take, and they stuck to that. (Very important!) Both the guys I talked to were extremely friendly and professional as well. Nice chaps and did the job promptly. Picked the car up as it was underivable.

such a lovely guy and trustworthy mechanic. i have seen 4 mechanics about this issue with my car and he was the first one to test properly and find the issue. when the work took a little longer than expected he provided me with a courtesy car. all around nice guy and will use again in the future 🙏
