Despite a patchy start (not having the relevant replacement parts available), I'm pleased with the overall outcome.

One of their team members came to collect my vehicle to take to their workshop and returned it to me in good time with the issue resolved. Overall, very pleased with their service.

I did take video footage of my vehicle (body work, wheels etc) before hand to document it's condition before releasing it in their hands. This was purely as a protective measure in case of a dispute with regard to any damage to my vehicle. Ali was FANTASTIC. He kept me informed on the delivery of the parts he’d ordered and came to repair my electric mirror as soon as it arrived. I contacted him on Thursday evening and the car was repaired by 9.30 am on Saturday. Mini had offered me a date in 4 weeks time to take the car in for the same repair…. We had a long journey to make and Ali went above and beyond to make sure my wing mirror was repaired in time. Honestly I cannot recommend his work and communication more highly. I’m telling everyone!
