Josh was friendly but totally way off the mark with the fault diagnosis, which appeared to be best guesses. I spent a total of £170 on unnecessary work, when the actual fault diagnosed by a different mechanic cost £12 to fix. I would not recommend Josh to look at my car again and have requested a diagnosis refund.

Unfortunately Joshua’s diagnostic equipment failed to identify the fault on my Jaguar XF so he reduced the call out charge. The amber warning light for “Engine Check” remains on and the car is still drivable.

I found Joshua very helpful and he knew his stuff, He did his best to help find what the problem was but it was the ecu. I would recommend him to anyone.
