Terrible. Really expensive, poor communication and rude.

I found this a terrible service. My car was taken on the Thursday and I was told work would start on that day and it didn’t. Resulting in a delay over the bank holiday.

I have no idea when work really started but had it started on the Thursday I’d have had my car back by the back holiday. I got my car back on Tuesday after the bank holiday, as I explained to the garage that I was stressed and anxious by the delay I was told “not our problem, we’re not doctors”, this is obnoxious and rude and I’ll certainly make people aware of this. The car was dropped at my friends eventually and the bloke who dropped it off tried to leave outside the wrong property, my friend told him not to leave it where he was going to and he gave my friend attitude. It’s a joke, I paid hugely over what I was expecting and I got attitude, had to chase them and they were rude. Avoid at all costs. Never ever again. Read more

Mirza at eco was really informative and went above and beyond even managed to collect my car when they were short of collection drivers and kept me informed all the way and every time I messaged for an update he got back to me obviously not straight away as he was under cars etc
I took my Antara in for a starter motor and they did it with ease only downside could have washed it for me lol no seriously very good workshop and mechanics would use again with trust and confidence
