Bobby arrived within the timescale required to take my car for a full service. I'd told him that I needed the car back by 4pm and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Bobby carried out the full service and returned the car to me before 4pm. We had a chat about a couple of things regarding the car and that it was looked after well. He was courteous and knew what he was talking about. There were some photos provided of a couple of parts that were replaced as part of the service. Bobby also checked the EMU for error codes, as I thought I noticed that the EMU light had popped up on the dashboard, but he confirmed there were no error messages/codes. Bobby was very good with us and let us know well in advance of the pre-inspection report being finalised what the issues were with the car. This helped us make a quick decision re: whether to go ahead or not.

Bobby had to reschedule with the seller due to bad weather, really helped me out that he could do the inspection the next day as this meant my purchase of the car could go ahead as planned. As well as the report, speaking on the phone gave me real piece of mind that there was nothing concerning on the car which had particularly high mileage. Recommended.
