He is a very polite person but that’s all. He was late to my appointment and lost my mat covering the van battery. Than he blamed us and he said that we are lying and this mat wasn’t there.

Hi,
I am disappointed to see your negative review.
I have arrived within the arrival window and the parts that were sent to me were incorrect and had to source elsewhere as it was bank holiday weekend everywhere were shut. I sourced elsewhere and had it fitted as soon the stores were open. Most of the stores do not supply alternator for 20 years old van and there are many variations with the alternator too for this model.
I do not recall seeing a mat in your van when I came to collect it and it was parked in my garage the whole time apart from completion. The piece is too large to vanish from my garage.
I have left my booster pack in there the whole time which was untouched too. Also your key fob buttons were missing and locking the key manually on the driver's door does not lock rest of your doors. It may have disappeared while it was outside yours before I collected it off your wife.
I have paid you toward your battery cover mat although I do not recall seeing one there and you was smiling and laughing once I have told you I will pay toward your mat. My young daughters that were there at the time claiming you are being dishonest and trying to take advantage of my kindness.
