The quickest and easiest way to discuss your existing booking with our support team or your mechanic is via your dashboard. From there, you can change, cancel or report a problem with your booking.
If you are looking to contact us about an active booking then please message us direct via the booking in your mechanic app. If you’d like to speak to someone about your account please give us as much detail as possible.
If you are looking to join ClickMechanic checkout our mechanic’s homepage where you can apply to the network, and see answers to frequently asked questions. If you have already applied, it can take up to 48 hours to process and check your documents. You will be notified as soon as there is an update on your account.
