Fiat 500 Spark plugs replacement

Ali turned up about 1/2 an hour after the deadline to collect my car. I phoned just to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten. It was back very quickly though but then it only needed the spark plugs changing. Haven’t driven it yet so will have to reserve judgement. Nice not to have to leave the house to do something on my car. Ali was friendly but I didn’t talk to him long enough to know how good his knowledge is. Proof of the pudding and all that. Got the OLD/ removed parts which is good and, I believe, the law here in UK.

Thanks linden for the review the driver was 15 min late becouse of traffic on motorway we collected more than 25 miles away.. all is well but for some reason you left a 3 and 1star rating when its hardly a major issue.. also you asked my driver to pass his keys to you of his car whilst we had yours some law you told him.. there is no law that that the garage driver is to give his keys to customer to hold on to until they car is returned. but thanks for the review

Excellent. The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable, and arrived on time. The battery was installed on the driveway within 10 minutes. A very satisfied customer.

The man who picked the car up was friendly, the mechanic on the phone was quiet pushy, when I had a 2nd opinion on the work that needed doing only one of the things needed replacing at a cost of £400 not £1100 I was quoted from the click mechanic garage. I feel let down and won't be using click mechanic again.

Hi Sheila sorry you don't feel satisfied with the service you received, you booked a job to change power steering and alternator belt we collected the vehicle and advised you that it's not the belts it's a failed power steering rack and power steering pump which the pump is £400 & £600 on the rack Inc belts with labour.. We advised you that it would be a waste of money to change the belts before changing the parts.. So we are disappointed with this review from yourself as it was myself who you spoke to and I clearly remember that i didn't pressure you in to anything and advised you that the repair will probably be the price of what the vehicle value is. . If we was doing this to make money out of this job we could have charged the booking full and changed the belt as this was more beneficial to us as we lost a booking.. We take pride in our work and allways try to do the best for our customers when it's a high price we try to arrange a payment plan for the customer so it's convenient for them.. Anyways sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope to see you next time. Read more
