The mechanic do really great job.
After the job was done, he showed me the old parts.

Job was done as required. Only issue was they took the car away at 9am and returned it at 245pm. Luckily I had the day off but last time Sam did the job onsite in under an hour which is kind of the point of using the service

The communication was very good and the collection of the vehicle very smooth. The person who did collect the vehicle was very friendly and professional. The car was kept a bit longer than anticipated due to the parts to arrive, not a big deal. I cannot comment on the quality of work as cannot see inside the engine but I believe the work has been done correctly (have 12 months warranty in case). The returning of the vehicle was a bit strange as they did call me 10 minutes prior arrival and luckily I was home at lunch otherwise don't know what they would do as the driving distance between us is about 30 minutes? Apart of that it was a good experience and the final bill was much better than my local garages.

However, click mechanic did only provide me with an email confirming costs instead of a proper receipt. It would be nice to have a proof of the job done so could present to any potential buyer in the future! there is no mention of vehicle mileage or the name of the garage? Read more

Job required two visits to the garage, not the garages fault, and the car was away longer than anticipated but I think this was down to awaiting parts. But the car is now fixed and running very nicely.
Considering its range rover the prices were as expected.
A note to anyone contemplating buying a range - DONT !

There was a little confusion regarding the collection but overall the service and commication was good.

I'm not sure who looked after my car as I dealt with 2 or possibly 3 different people. I believe the work was done well. They did have the car a very long time retuning the car at about 7pm. Would have been nice to have a call to say they were on their way and then asked me to inspect the car in the pitch black.

Happy with the work and pleased with the cost. They actually showed me the old worn timing belt to prove the work had been done.

Also, they offered to pick up my vehicle (even though it was 25 miles away!) but I was luckily working nearby so it wasn't necessary. I'm not quite sure how Click Mechanic paired us up by distance!
