I also received a detailed schedule of all checks made. I collected the car a few weeks after the inspection and couldn’t be happier! Dean was great. He checked with me prior to arrival that he had the correct part. He turned up on time WITH the correct part. His work was precise and he left no mess. He waited whilst I did a short test drive. He was curteous and nice to speak with. I cannot fault either Dean or clickmechanic for this emergency fix of my brake caliper.

I found Dean very friendly and respectful the reason for the poor punctuality score was the fact that he had to cancel due to being caught up on an other job that he couldn't leave but all was quickly rearranged for anther time and all was fine
