Jamie was very polite and punctual, made sure to confirm the booking and a time suitable for us both.
Work was carried out really fast and to a high standard. The car air-con is now working perfectly, prior to the fix it wouldn’t even switch on.

Prompt and speedy repair again and mechanic is brilliant. My only issue this time was a loose wire that was left exposed that would be susceptible to breaking but its not a big deal and was easily tucked away down the side of the battery.

Jamie useless no knowledge refused to work on car 1st time I've used this service never again people need to be aware when they do because it costs you fees seeking legal advice

Unfortunately when you made the booking you failed to notify us that your engine is ratting and you had an engine fault light on.
As it was booking in for a timing belt replacement I will not carry of the timing belt replacement on a poor engine as I don’t want the blame for your vehicle having an underline issue before my arrival. Which I explained to you when we found out the vehicle had engine faults. You were charged a £40 cancellation fee which you agreed to when you make a booking which is also in the terms and conditions. I also told you as long as the faults were fixed I have no problem carrying out the timing belt replacement and I would also deduct the £40 off the repairs.
