Friendly and knowledgeable, and the cruise control worked again fine after about one hour 15 min. But the arithmetics were a bit off. The quote for showing up within 2 working days was £ 71.11 plus £10 extra for getting it done by today. After checking, the mechanic said he would be able to fix it today for an extra £50.00. I said OK. The final bill came to £148.11, which is £17.00 over the £131.11 that I expected. Not that I mind giving a tip for good work, but proper exact quotes are more agreable.

It was okay... just turned up in a car with minimal tools/gear. Dressed in casual clothes, not looking like he'd come to do any work and be prepared to get dirty. A bit odd, but he did when needed which was to remove a wheel from our car and he checked things over for us, so that was good.

I expected such a review. the guy was unhappy because he had to pay and it was too late to cancel. someone had already unscrewed the screws before I arrived. I was there at the appointed time so I don't understand why two stars? I arrived, took the wheel off and checked if anything was damaged. what more did you expect? Do you think that when a mechanic comes, he must be dirty? this is my worst grade and I did my job well. I was there at the appointed time and did what you asked. I don't recommend serving him

He arrived early, was friendly and courteous. He carried out a diagnostic review of my car. He drove the car to find out the fault first hand. He suggested a course of action that could solve the problem.
It was difficult to follow the diagnostic info on his machine as it was in Polish.
