Polite, punctual and friendly, Karl immediately found the issue with my car and explained it perfectly to me. He fixed it and explained how the issue most likely occurred. He offered some insight into keeping my engine in good working order. I was impressed and enjoyed watching a knowledgeable mechanic at work. Definitely call again.

Karl arrived at the start of the time-slot and got the job done quickly. When he was finished, he showed me the new shock absorbers in place. I feel like I’ve got a new car again!
