Turned up on time, with the right tools. Very friendly, didn’t waste any time. Did exactly what I needed him to do. Would more than happily use him again. Fully recommend.

The mechanic was quick to find the cause of the problem and when asked about a good garage nearby was able to recommend one.

My experience was with ClickMechanic, a service I will never use again and cannot trust.

I put a request for service up on 8 May and got response that there's a search on-going for service team within the area. I chose a preferred date of 13 May.

I got an email on 12 May at 12:34pm saying there's a confirmation for 10am next day. Of course it's a weekend, I'm not looking at my emails often. I saw the email later in the day and replied at past 19:00 that I won't be proceeding as I already confirmed elsewhere.

Then I get charged for not replying within 1 hour. Ridiculous policy.

Inspected a day later from my booking. Very professional service from Iftikar. Called me after and explained everything in detail. The best service we have ever had on an inspection. Well done 👍

Iftikar was spot on - no fuss, just came and did the job quickly. He was friendly and explained what he'd done (even though it was chucking it down with rain) Very convenient service you're offering and would definitely use you again.

I booked a premium inspection for a car I was looking to buy, 140 miles from home
Iftikar was thorough and I am pleased with the quality of the photos and the confident responses to my questions when he called after completing the work

I was shocked to learn the car which looked good in the photos and had recently been MOT'd, with no advisories, can still be a potential death trap
Although it's not the response I was expecting or hoping for, it has saved me several £000's
Money well spent in this case

Not seen the vehicle yet, but base on what Iftikar has reported e are happy to purchase a vehicle which we otherwise would have concerns , particularly given the vehicles age. Great system to offer, with good communication and fast results .
