Very friendly mechanic, arrived on time and carried out the work needed. After diagnostic check we needed to order a new part which is now on order.

Didn’t have the right scanner. So a waste of money. And more expensive than Volvo.

The whole process was smooth, if a little delayed. Mechanic was amiable and discussed how the work went. I was not party to the process of work carried out and must assume all was done as detailed by him. As the work is guaranteed I’m satisfied that any issues in the future will be resolved. Overall a very good experience for me. Thanks and well done to all involved.

Clutch replacement. The guys were great. They communicated well and worked late to get it all done before dropping the car back the same day. Car runs perfectly now. Very pleased.

Or mechanic was courteous and seemed to have done a really good job but we've still got a problem with the car related to a leaking coolant reservoir - this emerged yesterday, 4 days after the job was done. I've tried to get in touch with the local firm who installed the new water pump but haven't been able to do so - can't get through on the various mobile phone numbers they contacted me on.

I feel sure they'll help sort things out once I can get in contact
