Very good communication all the way. Car was even delivered back to me once repaired (which I was expecting), and whilst doing the repairs I had booked in the mechanic noticed something else that needed attention too. He sorted this out for me at no extra cost.

Didn’t read the brief but at least didn’t charge for taking it to the garage. Now has another issue that wasn’t present when I booked it in. Won’t use again, expensive and more hassle than it should be. Never met the mechanic as they didn’t carry the work out at my address. Used as a last resort.
