Promt service and good communication. There was an issue a few days after that wasn't the mechanics fault. However he dropped everything and rectified the problem. The whole team are friendly and keep you in the loop

Service was great but mechanic didn't complete or sign my service book which was on the passenger seat for this purpose.

vehicle was picked up on next day not on given time. and there was a damaged nut they do not told me and they drive back whithout one wheel nut. not happy

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of looking at the engine. Showed cause of problem and how the workshop would progress the required repairs. Two scenarios provided i.e. best and worst.

Thought it was going to be an expensive repair on my Mercedes van but once the diagnostic machine reviled the problem it was a cheap fix

The mechanic was efficient and took hardly any time at all. He checked the car was ready to go before he left also advising a couple of checks I could do.

Collection and drop off was the best

Really friendly, very reasonable price, car seems to be running spot on after a new clutch fitted, picked up and dropped back to my house, definitely recommend and will use again.
