I found the mechanic Andrew and Daniel very helpful and polite and fix the thermostat on my car

My appointment was booked for between 18-2000, I called Majestic at 1800 to ensure they would turn up as the their website said they close at 1730 and was assured they would definitely be there.

Both lads turned up around 1915 and apologised for the time. They quickly confirmed what I needed doing to the car (brake pads and discs all round) and took helm.

Around an hour later, a knock at the door and the car was ready.

I cannot fault the lads that came out, or when I called the office. Both were very professional and courteous and just got on with it.

I would definitely recommend to others!.

Nathan and Crewe were brilliant! Their job was booked in to replace an oxygen sensor however upon inspection they advised the Timing was out and it’s more than likely not necessary to change the oxygen sensor at this time. Honest and trustworthy people 👍🏼
