Car was picked up in a timely manner and driver was friendly and explained what they were going to do phoned me back a few hours later with the problem being diagnosed unfortunately they were not able to carry out the repair for me as my car needed some coding done and they did not have the compatible software.

He was very friendly, cooperative and a good listener.
I had no issue with him!
The work done (replacing rear brake pads) is so far so good .

They were about 1.5 hour late to pick up my car, but did not call me to communicate this. I tried calling them just to see if they are still coming or not. Having said that, when they eventually turned up, they apologised. When I got my car back after it had a full service and MOT with them, my car was making a noise that I did not hear before, so I reported the problem to them about 3 days after the service. They seemed very helpful and told me that they will get back to me about an appointment within a couple of days. I waited for a week. Called them again. They said they are sorry, but they were very busy, still promised that they will get back to me later on the same day with an appointment. It has been more than a week now. 0 communication van seemed to come back in worse condition then when I tool it.

The garage kept me informed every step of the way and were curtious and because some more work was needed the boss called me himself and car was delivered back ahead of time
