What a cracking service!

This worked out fantastic for me from booking the car in and getting a date within a few hours. I know my local mechanic would have said 2-3 weeks which is why i tried this service and i wasnt disappointed.
On the day of the job the driver rang me and arrived at the time he said. He took car and it was back within 4 hours i'd say.
After the initial booking i had a few concerns about it being recovered at a charge of £70 as i assumed the work would be carried out at my property. This was unclear at the time and i contacted the mechanic but got no response over the weekend. But I get it, he would have been too busy to reply to everyone as this is his job. However on the day I was notified all along the way. My clickmechanic dashboard updated with pictures of the job being carried out which helped keep me in the loop. The price quoted was the price i payed.

My only concern about clickmechanic website is when they get bigger like just-eat, are they going to hit mechanics with larger fees for being part of this service? and make it not worth their while or have to put prices up. Then we're all possibly going to have to go back to our local, just around the corner mechanics! I hope not. I will use again.

Anhar was amazing. You can quickly tell the man had a lot of experience, which he gladly shared during the visit. He was very insightful, straightforward, and easy to speak to.

He pinpointed some solid findings which was the exact reason why I booked the pre-purchase inspection in addition to leaving couple more recommendations which were much appreciated.

From the single interaction I had with Anhar, I'd be more than happy to use his services again.

Did great, so far so good, took the car on a 160 miles trip after Cambelt and water pump change. So far no issues everything seems perfect.
