It seems like the work was fine from the document? But there was 0 communication. Was also lied to about the reason the car was so delayed getting back.
Taken at 9am for services and MOT, had 0 communication, called at 3pmish to see what was happening, said it would be returned at around 4pm, was returned at just gone 7pm. It also seemed on the phone like they were originally going to try return it the next day instead of same day.
Was told it was because click mechanic has to manually allow them to send the car back, which after checking with click mechanic is not the case. So either click mechanic is lying or they are lying.
Either way, 0 communication.

We clearly told you that your car was in for mot and was not due to Come back out until 4.15
Then we advised you depending on traffic we will try to drop vehicle same day
We then got a message off you asking it needs to be dropped off & you was advised it will be
Eventually it was dropped off at 7pm we stayed back so you get your vehicle so we are a bit confused from your reviews

Booked in for some issues with the heating matrix, it ended up needing to be replaced, parts were ordered and everything was done the same day. Been a few days now and the climate control works like a dream.
