Ashley was on time & kept me up to date with the progress of the mot & service. he phoned me to say the brake fluid was due a change & did I want him to do it which I agreed to. the car was delivered back & then he phoned later on to explained what he had done regarding the fuel filter.
all in all a pleasant experience which is different to that I received from a main dealer the year before.

Ashley, our mechanic was polite and very through. Our only criticism is that the company should have been aware that our Focus was an automatic therefore the work was a three hour job not two, no fault of Ashley, hence the quotation wasn't correct, apart from that would recommend you.😊

Audi A6 Remove glow plugs and turbo waist gate.

Unfortunately replacing the glow plugs did not cure the problem of the engine management light being on continuously this work has cost me £350. I am obviously disappointed with this outcome. Ashley is currently investigating the cost of further work.

Yes unfortunately it did not sort the problem out of canceling the engine management light .all tho there was more than one problem with the vehicle as i explaned to the customer. All 6 glow pugs where found faulty which needed to be replaced . i did find the second problem with the vehicle ,but the customer did not want to go ahead with the job.
