Turned up when promised, collected car. Completed service and MOT. Returned car and had a chat about the car. Polite and friendly service. I am happy with the whole process. Thank you.

Muhammad was very quick to get back to me once I had requested the work and was able to tackle the job (change of alternator & belt) the same day. He let me know when the job was done and delivered the car back and showed me the work that had been done. He also went the extra mile and swapped a blown bulb whilst he had the car.
Car now fine and the ease of whole experience of requesting the work through to getting the car back was a revelation compared to ringing multiple garages and having to take the car to them.
ClickMechanic works really well and I'll happily use it and Muhammad again.

Yes wanted to make sure happy with work showed me what he took of what he had fitted had me test drive car so I was happy with work
