I didn’t see the mechanic as his “friend” picked the van up and dropped it off, he didn’t tell me what work was carried out so I called the mechanic myself, he was helpful to be honest.

Jameel did an absolute unbelievable job for me. My water pump.had seized which ripped the timing belt. Jameel.kept me informed all the way but thought it might not run at all. Imagine my happiness when called to say he had repaired my car. Would highly recommend and best of all he is a really nice lad. A1 service

This is a difficult one to review. The mechanic was great and the work was carried out to a good standard. HOWEVER he was let down by the wrong parts being ordered (apparently by ClickMechanic)
This meant that at 6pm the brakes had been dismantled and the correct parts couldn't be obtained until the next day. This left me stranded in Birmingham with no transport. As I live about 25 miles out of Birmingham, my wife had to collect me and drop me back the next day. So that was 100 miles of inconvenience. I was without my van for 24 hrs, which is quite different to the 2 hours the job was supposed to take.
My advice for anyone booking would be to get an early appointment so that there is still time to correct any mistake with the parts on the same day.
