A very polite and warm welcome from the gent that came to have a look at my car that would not start.
Took him about 20 mins to tell me that my engine had no oil in the car and showed me the dipstick.
In his words “my engine is toast” and pushed 3 times to go and get it scrapped from a service his associate runs.
I took the card shook his hand and left.
We went to get it towed away the following day and the company managed to jump start my car and drive it onto the ramp.
So my “ toast engine” works on 16/12/24 I got a call off my local garage saying there is nothing wrong with the car other than the battery needs a change, will have a full Diognostic when I get my much loved vehicle back.
And will continue to use a trust worthy service rather than this one.

Hi mathew just seen your review and i think you have misunderstood me,
I said your car had low compression and no oil in the engine and you should probably look at replacing the engine because it may be toast since it been ran with no oil.
I then said if you deside to scrap it then dont as i know someone that buys cars that are damaged and he would oay more than scrap.

Daniel turned up for the initial diagnosis without problem. He was booked to do the follow up work. He changed the work needed to something more expensive for some reason and then cancelled the appointment an hour and a half into the designated booking time without a phone call. Very disappointing.

You understood the situation with click mechanic not putting on the oil inspection onto the job and that the price would be the same price as originally quoted not the price of the job click mechanic put on, I have had to cancel due to the work vehicle having a seized brake caliper and I cannot get the parts untill tomorrow and I can rebook it for tomorrow but now you have left me with bad feedback I will not be returning and I did send you a message before contracting you.
