The diagnostic was okay but The main problem is still not sorted.I now have to look for another mechanic to fix the issue.Not even referrals.So i’m still stranded and not happy customer.Not happy with the services.

Hi jimmy sorry you are not happy with the service but you did pay for a diagnostic check which is to just found the problem with your car which I have done. The problem you have with your car requires a specialist to fix

Also I feel that £300.00 for what he has not done is alot of money. A refund would be appreciated-

Hi Trevor sorry you feel this way however the work that you booked in was completed to a high standard and done by the book, the component that we was trying to rectify has passed the point of repair with the Job you booked in, The Diesel particular filter is too full for the type of clean/Service that you booked. I apologise your Expectations were not met however I did all I could on my end.
